Create a beautiful seasonal arrangement to take home and enjoy throughout the festive season.

🧘‍♀️ Yin Yoga

A slow, gentle and deeply nourishing practice to soften the body, quieten the mind and release the stresses of the season.

🔔 Sound Meditation

Sink into stillness as the soothing vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls wash over you, leaving you feeling calm, grounded and restored.

🍷 Mince pie & mulled wine included — because Christmas should be savoured.

Please Note – The sound meditation event is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy or during pregnancy. The workshop will be held at Mary Agate Village Hall, Wavendon Road, Salford, MK17 8BD from 10am - 1pm on Sunday 13th December.

Your investment £55

A completed medical form is required, and this will be emailed to you to complete after booking if you are new to VeeFlowYoga.

Lastly if you have any dietary requirements, please do email us to make us aware.

Terms and Conditions.     

Clients will be charged for any in person or online session where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made at least 24 hours before the start of the class.

Sessions, events and retreats are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.

Payments for workshops, events and retreats are non-refundable and cannot be changed to another date unless cancelled by VeeFlowYoga. 

Any client participating in our in-person or online Yoga classes or events are confirming that they are fit and well and have no medical conditions that could impact their practice in any way. By participating you agree, that you are voluntarily engaging in a suitable level of exercise, given your knowledge of your health and taking into account any medical advice you have received.
