YOGA DAY RETREAT

Join me this Summer on Sunday 12th July for a full day of self care!

I am so excited to bring this day to you! My last day retreat was in March 2024 so this is long overdue and I can’t wait to share this time with you!

The day will include breathwork, vinyasa yoga, meditation, a nutritious lunch and snacks, yin yoga, sound bath and more!

An entire day to switch off from the daily worries and stresses of life and allow yourself to indulge in some me time to nourish your body, mind and soul!

Please Note – The sound meditation event is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy or during pregnancy. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us, and if you are unsure, please consult your GP. Ignoring these guidelines means that you attend at your own risk.

Spaces will be limited and I hope they will be snapped up so don’t miss out!

The event will be held at The Space Within Wellbeing Studio, Manor Farm Business Park, Cranfield Road, Astwood, MK16 9JU (Just a short drive from Milton Keynes).

Your investment £90

A completed medical form is required, and this will be emailed to you to complete after booking.

Lastly if you have any dietary requirements, please do email us to make us aware.

Terms and Conditions.   

Clients will be charged for any in person or online session where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made at least 24 hours before the start of the class.

 Sessions, events and retreats are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.

Payments for workshops, events and retreats are non-refundable and cannot be changed to another date unless cancelled by VeeFlowYoga. 

Any client participating in our in-person or online Yoga classes or events are confirming that they are fit and well and have no medical conditions that could impact their practice in any way. By participating you agree, that you are voluntarily engaging in a suitable level of exercise, given your knowledge of your health and taking into account any medical advice you have received.

VeeFlowYoga reserve the right to change or amend our terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to check the terms and conditions on a regular basis.
