Festive Floristry, Yin Yoga and Sound Meditation event.

This time is for you, time to switch off from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. We will begin with mindfulness and Kate will take through a workshop to create your very own festive pillar candle table arrangement that you can take home and enjoy over the festive period, during this time you can enjoy a mulled wine (or another suitable refreshment) and a mince pie.

Following this Vanessa will guide you through a Yin Yoga session, a quiet and slow practice that is suitable for all. Simple postures are held for 3-5 minutes, this allows the connective tissue and fascia around the joints to lengthen, creating space which increases mobility and relieves tension and stress.

Lastly Vanessa will take you through a sound meditation, this will guide you into a meditative state that allows the whole body and mind to relax, this is where cellular healing can occur. Sound meditation brings you back to your breath and back to your body and into total relaxation.

Please Note – The sound meditation event is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy or during pregnancy. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us, and if you are unsure, please consult your GP. Ignoring these guidelines means that you attend at your own risk.

The workshop will be held at Mary Agate Village Hall, Wavendon Road, Salford, MK17 8BD from 1.30pm – 4.30pm on Saturday 13th December.

A completed medical form is required, and this will be emailed to you to complete after booking if you are new to VeeFlowYoga.

Terms and Conditions.     

Clients will be charged for any in person or online session where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made at least 24 hours before the start of the class.

Sessions, events and retreats are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.

Payments for workshops, events and retreats are non-refundable and cannot be changed to another date unless cancelled by VeeFlowYoga. 

Any client participating in our in-person or online Yoga classes or events are confirming that they are fit and well and have no medical conditions that could impact their practice in any way. By participating you agree, that you are voluntarily engaging in a suitable level of exercise, given your knowledge of your health and taking into account any medical advice you have received.

VeeFlowYoga reserve the right to change or amend our terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to check the terms and conditions on a regular basis.
