Yoga Day Retreat - Sunday 3rd Jan 2027

The Year Starts Here is a nourishing day retreat designed to help you pause, reset, and step into the year ahead with clarity and intention.

Through uplifting yoga, guided meditation, mindful journaling, and a vision board workshop, you’ll create space to reflect on what matters most, let go of what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your goals and aspirations. Enjoy nourishing food, meaningful conversation, and moments of stillness as you cultivate a heartfelt intention for the year ahead.

Whether you’re seeking renewed energy, a fresh perspective, or simply a day to invest in yourself, this retreat offers the opportunity to begin the year feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to move forward with purpose.

Please Note – Sound meditation is not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, metal implants, epilepsy or during pregnancy. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us, and if you are unsure, please consult your GP. Ignoring these guidelines means that you attend at your own risk.

The event will be held at The Space Within Wellbeing Studio, Manor Farm Business Park, Cranfield Road, Astwood, MK16 9JU (Just a short drive from Milton Keynes).

A completed medical form is required, and this will be emailed to you to complete after booking.

 Clients will be charged for any in person or online session where cancellation or the rescheduling of a session is not made at least 24 hours before the start of the class.

 Sessions, events and retreats are booked on a first-come-first-served basis.

 Payments for workshops, events and retreats are non-refundable and cannot be changed to another date unless cancelled by VeeFlowYoga. 

Any client participating in our in-person or online Yoga classes or events are confirming that they are fit and well and have no medical conditions that could impact their practice in any way. By participating you agree, that you are voluntarily engaging in a suitable level of exercise, given your knowledge of your health and taking into account any medical advice you have received.

VeeFlowYoga reserve the right to change or amend our terms and conditions without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to check the terms and conditions on a regular basis.
